The owner of Lime Ave project asked the design team to maximize multifamily units while allowing retail space at grade. NEXT architecture designed the maximum number of permitted multifamily units, while providing each unit with multiple windows. The efficient building design eliminated wasted space which allowed the use of elevated exterior plazas above resident parking.
