NEXT architecture worked with Carnegie Mellon University on the renovation of Schatz Dining Room in the Cohon University Center on their campus in Pittsburgh. Schatz Dining Room has operated as a faculty oriented dining space since Cohon University Center opened. This renovation plans to continue to use the space for faculty with the addition of a demonstration kitchen for cooking class and visiting chefs. The space will also take on the atmosphere of a high end restaurant. The rear of Schatz dining room will be outfitted with AV equipment and allow space for small presentations and faculty gatherings.
