NEXT architecture is currently working with the AM Group on the development of a 75,000 SF mixed use project in the Strip District. The project includes 89 multi-family housing units with first floor retail space open to Smallman Street. The project features a large roof deck with raised planting beds for tenant gardens. The exterior and lobby will feature commissioned artwork from a local artist. The units include studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom options. Each unit is fully equipped with a residential modern kitchen space, living area, washer dryer, spacious closet and balcony space off units.
