Tenant fit out in RIDC Westmoreland Industrial Park. The project entailed an office fit-out for Intervala, an electronics manufacturing company. The program included private and open offices, conference rooms, a board room, a training room, and featured a large café and reception space. Both the reception and café spaces feature design elements that were inspired by the electronics products that Intervala manufactures. The reception area features a screen wall, that provides a backdrop between the reception space and open office area, that was designed to mimic the form of shapes you would find on a circuit board. The ceiling layout in the café incorporates elements of the overall digital design concept, by taking the form of a modular, open cell pattern that varies in size and openness. Abstractly, linear lights dance throughout the cell pattern, in the way that the electrical traces move along a circuit board.
