NEXT architecture worked with Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, a nationally recognized law firm known for its strengths in energy law, on the interior renovation and tenant fit out of the 33rd floor in One PPG Place. The renovation of the 16,800 sf workplace included a large reception area, which highlighted an expansive view of the city, private offices, open office workstations, numerous conferencing spaces, work lounges, and a spacious cafe. The design focused on maximizing city views in public spaces, while maintaining Steptoe & Johnson’s brand identity.
