NEXT Architecture completed the tenant amenity suite at 11 Stanwix in downtown Pittsburgh. The suite includes renovations to multiples spaces on the ground level. Renovations to the lobby include the addition of decorative light and furniture to add a sense of warmth. Tenant lounge areas are situated adjacent to open conference spaces. Lounges include custom concrete fireplaces and a variety of soft seating. The conference center offers multiple styles of meeting space to remain flexible for tenant needs. Building management offices were integrated into the suite as well. A large fitness center has been incorporated with cardio, weight equipment, yoga/ stretching area and locker rooms that will be available for all building tenants.
