With Penrose Advisors, NEXT architecture completed the development of a 46,000 SF mixed use, multi-family project in the Strip District. The project includes 19 multi-family housing units, with first floor retail space open to Smallman Street; Mecka Fitness. The units include Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom options. Each unit is fully equipped with a residential modern kitchen space, living area, washer & dryer, spacious closet and patio space off units.
