NEXT architecture partnered with Tobii Dyvanox to create a flexible, high-performing workplace designed to support a hybrid workforce and encourage employees back into the office. transitioning from assigned workstations to open workspaces, the design was informed by test fits and occupancy studies to establish an efficient desk-to-person ratio.

A mix of focus areas, collaboration zones, private offices, meeting rooms, and a centrally located work cafe area consolidated onto a single floor to strengthen connection and visibility. The workplace also supports a mobile workforce with touchdown spaces, secure lockers, and accommodations for travel.
