NEXT architecture worked with Neubase Therapeutics on their new office and R&D laboratory in The Riviera building in Pittsburgh. The laboratory space is divided into a Biology and Chemistry lab with ample bench and storage space. Office space is arranged to take advantage of the views of the Monongahela River and downtown Pittsburgh. A wood slat feature element is incorporated to highlight the entry sequence and enclosed areas within the office; the wood feature element is an abstract interpretation of the gene sequencing work Neubase performs.
