Diamond Ridge info
Moon Township, PADesigned by NEXT architecture, Diamond Ridge reimagines a key site for a speculative core and shell workplace building along Pittsburgh's Parkway West Corridor as a vibrant hub that connects work, wellness, and community. Supported by a $1.5M RACP grant, the project extends the Montour Trail through a dynamic campus featuring sports courts, a loop trail, outdoor work and dining areas, and a fitness center - all encouraging engagement between employees' engagement between employees and neighbors. Inside, a gem-inspired lobby translates the building's sculpture; form into a sequence of spaces that balance energy and focus, turning transitional zones into lively gathering hubs. As part of the larger 780-acre Market Place District, Diamond Ridge exemplifies how thoughtful design can dissolve boundaries between workplace and landscape to create a more connected, active community.
