NEXT architecture completed the design and construction management for a private residence renovation in Pittsburgh, PA. The home is located in Shadyside, a quaint neighborhood filled with upscale boutiques, a lively bar scene, and many popular restaurants. The renovation and retrofit focused on updating the turn of the century residence while incorporating its existing character. The design also utilized modern light fixtures, bold artwork, and other decorative elements throughout the home.
