NEXT architecture worked with the Boys and Girls Club in Youngstown, OH to reimagine the facility through strategic interior and exterior renovations that prioritize daylight, safety, and flexibility. New exterior windows replace glass block, bringing abundant natural light into program spaces. Interior improvements softened the building's institutional character by covering exposed CMU and creating a vaulted ceiling in the central game room. The relocated entrance improves drop-off flow and safety, while expanding program areas, new offices, updated finishes, LED lighting, and integrated technology support the evolving needs of club members and staff.
