NEXT architecture, in collaboration with the AM Group, developed an 81,000 sf, 89-unit multi-family project in Pittsburgh's Strip District. The building offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom options, a first-floor amenity space, large rooftop deck, private balconies, and modern residential finishes. Motorizing parking carousels provide most on-site parking, including EV charging capabilities.

Designed to maximize residential density with Pittsburgh's Zoning Code, the building reaches the maximum permitted height. Along Smallman St., the mass is strategically stepped back the center to create a more balanced streetscape for a more pedestrian friendly experience.
