NEXT architecture designed Incline Equity Partners’ workplace located in EQT Plaza in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. The 9,900 square foot office includes partner and associate offices arranged along the perimeter of the space. NEXT kicked off the design process with interactive programming workshops that yielded a more comprehensive programming process. All offices were provided glass fronts that allow natural daylight to penetrate into the core of the office space. Incline Equity Partners’ branding is featured prominently throughout the space and is contrasted by a clean, linear ceiling that follows floor patterns. A café and lounge area was included in the heart of the office, the café includes additional breakout collaboration/ meeting space for impromptu gatherings.
