NEXT is worked with the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) on their office build out in the Auction House at the Terminal Building in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. SPC serves as a conduit for public and private funding for transportation and economic development for the region. Their new office feature flexible open work space, conference and huddle rooms and a break room. Sustainability was considered when selecting materials and subtlety featuring greenery in the office.
