NEXT architecture renovated a 21,000 square foot, existing two-story building in Washington, PA to become the new home of Community Bank. Previously a restaurant and banquet facility, the building now serves as Community Bank’s corporate center with the exception of a small portion of the first floor which is dedicated to the Exchange Underwriters. The exterior, canopies, and balconies were skinned with a metal panel system to complement the existing exposed split-faced CMU. A new enclosed perimeter stair was constructed in order to fit the client & tenant’s programming needs.
