NEXT designed ServiceLink's renovation at Pittsburgh International Business Park in Moon Township. This 70,000 SF workplace consolidation and relocation created a dynamic office utilizing plug-and-play modular solutions for long-term sustainability. A low-profile raised floor system provides power to both open and private areas. Demountable walls define private offices, training rooms, and meeting spaces, allowing for rapid adaptability to changing needs. The design integrates ServiceLink’s branding with a bright, clean backdrop to create an open, collaborative environment. Upgraded existing areas, like the café, seamlessly blend the old with the new, enhancing the overall space.
