Chapman Westport Building 100 is a 74,000 square foot, multi-tenant, light industrial office building located along the Route 576 corridor connecting downtown Pittsburgh to the Pittsburgh International Airport. The exterior shell consists of two major elements; pre-engineered, insulated, pre-cast concrete sandwich panels and corrugated & perforated metal screen elements at each corner and at each of the six (6) building entries. Metal entry screen elements break up the length of the façade and add visual interest. Tenants include ThermoFisher, Rubicon, LPW, and Workover Solutions.
