NEXT completed interior and exterior renovation to Tower 211 in East Liberty. The mid-century office building had fallen into disrepair and required exterior patching, painting and cleaning. NEXT redesigned building’s core on each floor allowing for more flexible tenant space. Modern amenities such as lounges, a first floor cafe and rooftop conference/ deck area were also incorporated into the project.
