NEXT completed the 81,000 SF workplace relocation for Bombardier into One Waterfront Place at the edge of The Strip District and Downtown Pittsburgh. The three floor workplace includes open office areas, varied styles and sizes of conference rooms, phone rooms, kitchenettes and central feature stair. Angular wood is featured throughout the space forming ‘boulevards’ that mark the central areas of circulation. The use of angular wood culminates in a two-story wood feature wall that is the back drop for collaborative space, kitchenettes and a tiered all-hands area.
