NEXT architecture completed workplace renovations and façade modifications for Centria’s corporate headquarters, specifically the new product research and testing department. Centria is located in the Leetsdale Industrial Park along the Ohio River, in Leetsdale, PA. The façade design focused on utilizing Centria products to modify an existing light industrial office building. The exterior was revamped using a metal panel system in a terracotta color, becoming much more engaging than the existing light industrial building. Interior tenant improvements included the development of training areas and a testing laboratory.
