NEXT architecture designed the expansion and renovation of ERT's workplace at Commerce Court in Station Square, in Pittsburgh, PA. ERT is a global technology driven provider of health outcome services. NEXT initiated the design process with an interactive programming exercise to discern ERT's workplace needs from a cross section of international users. The two floor, 37,000 square foot renovation included vibrant finishes, new lighting and large central cafe. A variety of work styles were accommodated in the design including breakout areas for collaboration or focus, huddle rooms, training rooms, project team rooms, and conference areas. New ancillary and furniture systems were included to complement the interior build out; lower workstation partitions that incorporated glass allowed daylight further into the office interior.
