NEXT architecture’s Wesley Osborne, while working under his own company, designed this mixed use studio for the city of Pinellas Park. This 2,100 sf container home was featured on an HGTV segment focused on adaptive reuse and construction. Wesley’s design was the first container project in the Greater Tanpa region and is easily recognizable from its staple vertical container.
