NEXT architecture’s Wesley Osborne, while working for Arch Modulus, executed the vibrant The Box Garden project, located in Plano, Texas. The Box Garden is approximately twenty eight shipping containers combined together to create a beer garden and concert venue. The shipping container’s aesthetic was used to create a lively atmosphere for recreation and music. The project scope included a food service kitchen, food preparation area, public restrooms, bar, concert assembly space, and concert stag. The concert space is approximately 10,000 square feet of conditioned space with additional square footage as green roof for the venue.
